Individual Psychotherapy


      Characterised by one-on-one sessions, individual psychotherapy encourages clients to reflect on their life history, emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Through self-discovery, the aim is to identify more constructive and effective strategies for navigating challenging situations in their personal, professional, and/or family life.

Individual Psychotherapy, within a supportive environment, seeks to promote the client's emotional well-being and address conflicting situations, enhancing their ability to manage life with greater autonomy and effectiveness.
